We`re highlighting Keisha Dillon, Vice President. Keisha is a leader with a rare, hands-on understanding of how the entire organization operates. She’s worn many hats over the years, stepped into a wide range of responsibilities, and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves when the work demands it. That experience shows up in how she leads: practical, people-focused, and grounded in what it takes to support teams doing the work every day.
Keisha’s impact goes beyond any single role. She has helped shape the culture at Atlas through her example and the standard she sets.

We’re highlighting Elizabeth Golden, our Project Administration Manager. Elizabeth is a key connector across the office. Supporting project teams, keeping details organized, and helping ensure the right information is in the right hands at the right time. Her consistency, responsiveness, and positive attitude make a real impact on day-to-day execution.
Elizabeth also brings a steady dose of joy to the operations department! And yes, she’s known for having the best snacks, which doesn’t hurt morale. We appreciate Elizabeth for the way she supports the team and consistently reflects our values.

We`re highlighting Deanna Wojnar, Vice President and Controller. Deanna has spent her entire career focusing on accounting within the construction industry, and is the first one to tell you that everything is figureoutable, or there`s a spreadsheet for that!
In addition to being a member of our leadership team, Deanna is responsible for Forecasting, Tax Compliance, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Budgeting, and overall oversight of the Accounting Department.

We`re highlighting Shaunna Dilden, Estimator. Shaunna is yet another example of an Atlas family member growing their career! Shaunna joined Atlas in April 2020 as the Estimating Coordinator, moved to a Junior Estimator position in November 2022, and was promoted to Estimator in April 2025!
From analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing bid documents, and responding to inquiries related to pricing, Shaunna has been awarded multiple jobs since focusing on estimating.
Besides being awesome at what she does, until recently Shaunna was the only female Badass in the 7-member Estimating Department.

We’re highlighting Kelsi Clark, Project Manager. Kelsi’s story is a great example of what growth looks like at Atlas. She started as a Project Administrator and has steadily built the knowledge, confidence, and leadership to become a true powerhouse on our Project Management team.
From keeping details organized and timelines on track to coordinating teams, solving problems in real time, and pushing projects across the finish line, Kelsi brings consistency and drive to every phase of the work.
