Lebanon Infrastructure

In partnership with Meyer Najem, Atlas completed Phase 1 for the Farmers Bank Fieldhouse, including construction of roads and site preparation to support athletic facilities and future development along Lebanon’s expanding south corridor. The Fieldhouse is home to multiple youth sports teams in the Lebanon area — we enjoyed contributing to this important community center.

This area’s rapid growth necessitated the creation of a major intersection on State Road 39: an entrance to the apartments, retail spaces, and the Fieldhouse itself, along with future additions. Atlas worked closely with Lebanon officials and INDOT to create traffic plans for this ever-expanding neighborhood. Building access infrastructure for a growing commercial and residential area demanded careful phasing to support both current operations and long-term use.
